When you contact C&M, request a quote, or ask about a product or service, you may provide your name, organization, email address, phone number, facility or delivery address, and details about your request. Messages you enter into the website assistant are also information you provide.
How information is used
We use information associated with your inquiry or transaction to respond, prepare quotes, arrange products or services, provide customer support, and handle returns. Information may also be used to maintain business records, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Website assistant
Marcus is an automated assistant. Messages submitted to Marcus are sent to service providers that operate the assistant and generate its replies. Avoid entering payment card numbers, passwords, or sensitive personal information into chat. Contact C&M directly for a confirmed quote, order decision, or return arrangement.
Technical information and browser storage
Website hosting and other online service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and request times as part of delivering the website. Some pages use browser storage to remember interface choices, such as whether a prompt has already been shown. Your browser settings allow you to clear or restrict stored data; doing so may affect those features.
